Position Purpose:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for routing all incoming calls and directing visitors, as well as maintaining the lobby in a well-organized manner in addition to assisting the sales team to help close new business.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities: To be the first point of contact for people visiting or calling the officeBuild reports to track sales and sales activitiesQualify inbound software trial requestsSupport team members in closing new businessProcess and complete sales cycle for closed prospectsResponsible for generating and passing leads in a timely mannerAdditional duties as assigned Experience: 0-2 years of office or sales coordination experienceA communications, public relations or journalism background is preferredSome sales experience preferredBachelor s degree preferredStrong communication skillsExcellent time management skillsDemonstrate the ability to use a variety of software applications
