We are looking for an ambitious individual to support our company’s sales team who is committed to producing highly valued accomplishments, designing a meaningful career and contributing to the growth of our organization.


Primary responsibilities include:Being of service to our customers and producing customer satisfaction Coordinating the administration of our sales department Performing, refining, inventing, improving efficiency and effectiveness of administrative practices to support our sales staffManaging the sales team’s calendar and travel arrangementsPreparing Microsoft Word and Excel documentsCreating and delivering company correspondenceMaintaining files and client recordsGenerating reports and refining reporting practices Managing multiple projects related to sales and the fulfillment of our courses and programs Maintaining a good mood while performing at high standards;  Learning, thinking, inventing, innovating and moving with velocityAssisting the Vice President of Sales as needed

This role requires: A sales background, with experience working within a client focused environment Management of multiple commitments essential to revenue production and daily operations Cooperation and coordination with others Coordination for our marketing events; conference room, travel, handouts, etc. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Word, Excel and Outlook Understanding of Customer Relationship Management Systems (SalesForce.com, LotusNotes) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Working 12 Saturdays per year to assist with the conferences A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
