Sales Associate, Employee Benefits
 Your principal responsibilities will be to create new business sales opportunities by developing & maintaining new broker relationships. By working closely with the Sales and Operations Directors, you will receive formal training on process, systems, insurance products, and sales techniques.
 We are looking for:
Entrepreneurs, who are highly motivated, disciplined well organized, while being trained and plugged into a proven and successful system Recent College graduates, whose entrepreneurial spirit is so strong that do not have the patience to wait years, even decades to make six figures by climbing corporate ladders Self confident people, who truly want to help others and get paid for doing it Consultant-minded people who want to be able to offer valuable insurance solutions, but who do not have extensive networks of high net worth contacts People with solid interpersonal and relationship building skills and experience   Â
Duties and Responsibilities: Cultivate new broker relationships and qualify prospective clients Canvas potential broker locations and contact key personnel Provide in-depth product presentations to prospective brokers Sells group insurance benefits products that include Life, ADD, Short & Long Term Disability, Medical, Dental, Vision and Travel Accident Coverage Attend training as required to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills Follow a formalized system and proven prospecting tool strategy Identifies prospective customers using established lead methods. Plan and prioritize personal sales activity and customer/prospect communication. Initiate, execute, and facilitate all sales and marketing initiatives and /or activities Generate, Maintain, update any and all required sales call reports for management. Is responsible for a specific volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines. Business hours and expectations are commensurate with sales activity and meeting established sales goals.
Job Requirements: Two (2) to Five (5) - plus year’s sales experience with working knowledge of Group Employee Insurance Benefits products. Life and Health License, preferred. College degree, required Proficient computer skills, word, excel. Articulate & Professional Presentation. Salary History & Resume must be provided for consideration. Company Paid Medical, Dental, Life & Disability Coverage. Salary and Incentive Package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
