Sales/Business Developer

We are seeking a talented Sales / Business Developer with an entrepreneurial spirit, familiar with the staffing sales process, and who has contacts in the temp and permanent sectors of the staffing industry.

 

This is a position with tremendous opportunity as we expand our business nationally and grow our sales and marketing capabilities.  The successful candidate will contribute to the profitability and growth of the organization by establishing and developing new markets and by creating and providing leadership to the sales and marketing team.  The successful candidate will be a door-opener with strong follow-up on qualified customers to bring successful closure.

Requirements:

 

·       Strong prospecting and relationship building skills

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills

·       Social consciousness

·       Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure

·       Staffing industry and a “Rolodex� of Temp Staffing prospects is a must.

·       Bachelors degree required
