What We are Looking for:
A passionate, career-minded, outgoing individual with prior Hospitality or Customer Service supervisory or management experience is a successful Ace Team Member. As a natural leader and motivator you will successfully supervise a team of individuals dedicated towards customer service. Excellent open communication skills and personal skills are a must. Multi-tasking and a high-level of organization are needed. Most importantly, CUSTOMER SERVICE is the number one priority in skills required.
This position is located in SEATTLE, WA
Working as an SHIFT MANAGER, your scope of responsibilities would include supervision and development of the front line staff; payroll, scheduling, customer service issues, damage claims and various other tasks and duties as assigned by the site manager.
Our ideal management candidate will possess
* A four year college degree, or relevant experience
* A minimum of One year (1) of supervisory/management experience
* Face to Face Customer service experience (parking/retail/hotel/restaurant)
* PC literacy (MS Office Suite)
* Clean driving record
* Cash handling skills
* Excellent written/verbal communication skills
* Professional appearance at all times
As this position is an essential addition to our team with guaranteed growth potential, we are interested in a candidate with plans for a long-term commitment.
Since we are a service provider in the hospitality industry, qualified candidates MUST have a flexible schedule and be able to work non-traditional business hours including weekends, holidays and graveyard.
