SAP Associate Partner
Job description The SAP HR Associate Partner (AP) is responsible for up-front solutioning of SAP HR & HCM projects, for overall delivery of large-scale SAP HR projects, and for direct reports' professional development. The AP responds to & solutions proposal responses in writing incl. estimating the work, roles, skills, and implementation work effort. The AP leads business case development, presents to Sr. execs & facilitates workshops. The AP provides hands-on leadership & direction to the project team as well as manages client relationships. The AP is responsible for direct reports’ practice utilization, career management & guidance, skills development and training plans. This is a hands-on consulting combination sales and delivery role (80% delivery, 20% sales) in a complex & integrated environment which is multi-functional, multi-national, &/or multi-site.
