The Founder of a leadingÂ Hedge fund in Downtown Boston seeks an Executive Assistant to partner with.Â Â Â This Executive holds a very high-profile role in the Boston area on both business and philanthropic levels, requiring heavy administrative support in many areas.Â

This opportunity offers a 65-70K base salary, plus an average ofÂ 9K annual bonus, and between 5-10K in annual retirement contribution.Â

Also offering 100% covered health/dental, and 4 weeks of vacation!Â

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coordinating meetings, scheduling and planning for philanthropic involvements, arranging international travel, handling client correspondence, assisting with the firms marketing efforts, creating presentations, and coordinating company wideÂ meetings and events.Â

Requirements:Â MUST HAVE 3-5+ years of administrative experience, 1-2+ years of senior level support experience, very strong written communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a BA/BS is preferred (but not absolutely required).Â
