Revenue Accountant

Entrepreneurial company in the Koreatown is seeking a revenue recognition accountant.  Our client is in the IT industry and specializes in software working with companies in the consumer drug industry.

 Individual will be reporting directly to the ControllerPrepare Revenue, A/R  journal entriesAssist with month-end closings, budgeting process, year-end auditAssist with policies/procedures for improving the above functionsComfortable with dealing with external auditors and Controller/CFOReconcile all existing Sales contracts to what’s currently in Sales Force and within QuickBooksMonitor Sales contracts for preparation of Invoices for collectionWork with individual responsible of contract to ensure collection

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

3+ year experience in Revenue Cognition, or working in AR dealing with complex contracts

Solid Excel

Excellent written and oral communication skills
