Due to continued growth, ADT Security Services, Inc., a division of Tyco Fire and Security, is hiring full-time Retention Representatives to work in our state-of-the-art call center facility located at 4926 Kernan Blvd. South, next to the UNF campus. RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibility of the Retention Representative is to retain ADT residential customers via inbound/outbound phone calls and/or correspondence. The Retention Representative is also responsible for maintaining an acceptable save rate percent while following policy and procedural guidelines, approved ADT offers and initiatives surrounding and/or related to the current Six Sigma Reward Program. These job functions require the Retention Representative to be a Subject Matter Expert in Account Services Retention Offers & Promotions, exhibit excellent communication/sales skills and work in an accurate and timely manner to meet all objectives. PAY: We offer a competitive base salary starting at 12.64/hour. Starting pay increases based on customer service and retention/sales experience. If you meet or exceed pre-determined departmental standards, you will be eligible to participate in our monthly bonus program in which you can earn up to $550/month over and above your base rate. HOURS: Monday-Friday from 1:00 to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m.1 p.m. as scheduled. Typically one Saturday per month but weekend scheduling is subject to change. Dress is business casual Monday-Thursday and dress down on Friday and weekends. Requirements: Qualified applicants must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Five (5) or more years of customer service experience in a customer contact environment. Previous retention and/or sales experience strongly preferred. Basic typing/PC experience required. Experience with Excel, Word, and Access is preferred. Demonstrated communication, probing, and coaching skills. Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a high volume department.
