InterContinental Hotels Group, the world's most global hotel company, is currently hiring in Salt Lake City for Reservations Agents.

 

IHG is the world's largest hotel company by number of rooms. Our brands are: InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Candlewood Suites, and Staybridge Suites. Reservations Agents answer inbound calls from guests interested in staying at any of our more than 4,000 hotel properties worldwide. Reservations Agents describe the hotel and it's ammenities to our guests and assists them by booking their hotel reservation. All calls are inbound with most coming from our 1-800-holiday reservations line.

 

The ideal applicant will have experience in customer service, hospitality, call center, or similar.



Reservations Agents earn a base starting wage of between $8.10 and $8.60 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission for reservations booked. Currently our average agents earn about $11.00 per hour and top agents can earn $17.00 per hour, or more. We also pay shift differentials for employees who work evening and weekends.Benefits
