Regional Field Coordinator, Distribution and Sales

SUMMARY Lifetime Television seeks an individual to both support the sales efforts of the Distribution and Field Marketing staff and service Lifetime Entertainment Services’ affiliated cable, satellite and telco systems. Position involves the overall support of a traveling sales staff and key departmental projects, the coordination of all sales support including, but not limited to, presentations, system launch forms, premium items, analysis and trade shows. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other Duties may be assigned.   -Coordination and dissemination of campaign information (affiliate registrations, program dates, shipping dates, deadline information)-Work with sales staff to develop targeted sales presentations-Support department senior management on an as needed basis-Manage affiliate database and other tracking tools-Coordinate marketing communications efforts to affiliates-Fulfill tape duplication requests-Track and manage regional budget-Manage travel and entertainment expenses as well as check requests-Assist with contractual compliance -Assemble Affiliate training kits-Analyze cable system products and packaging-Assist account teams on assorted sales projects  Requirements Experience in a sales, marketing or administrative environment Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent follow-through MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required College degree or equivalent experience required  Limited travel required.
