Qualifications...The candidate must possess 5-7 years experience in educating and teaching waxing techniques and services Successful candidate must be a positive team player who is self starting/internally motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills, Successful candidate must have experience in the education field such as Experience in retail beauty sales management, cosmetics account coordination, salon industry! Must have a student’s mentality and teaching ability as well, the ability to take action immediately and instruct technical methods. Thrive on building lasting customer relationships Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Confident, charismatic and comfortable presenting /sharing ideas and representing the brand Ability to captivate groups of people using fun-filled flair and innovative ideas to sell products, education, and motivate customers to take action Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers Ability to work well both independently and as a team player Thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations Strong organizational and follow-up skills Understanding of strategy implementation Strong computer skills: ability to fully utilize email by sending, saving and opening attachments.  Use of Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point, and Word. Valid drivers license, Reliable transportationHeavy travel is required 80%. Esthetician License a plus

 

 Job Responsibilities...Responsible for all aspects of his/her assigned territory Strengthen and build existing relationships with account base Manage all account activity Sell-in new product launches, expand line to include all product domains Sell in technical and business educational events Implement sell-thru strategy including event coordination and involvement Develop action plans to insure meeting sales targets Selling, demonstrating and performing all aspects of color line. Lead interactive salon staff meetings, educating account base on product knowledge, industry events, and up-coming product launches Merchandise product in account base including retail area and professional service area according to Schematics Ensure account base maintains proper inventory levels Develop a business strategy per account for sales and a plan to execute Partner with account base to implement business strategy and industry best practice to build their business. Heavy travel is required 80%.
