The Recruiting Manager is responsible for working closely with the Director of Human Resources and the firm’s management team in developing, implementing and administering a recruiting program that supports the firm’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities: Hire, develop, train and manage the daily workflow of recruiting team. Create and manage recruiting budget. Develop innovative sourcing channels, strategies, and tools to identify and attract proper candidates. Manage and administer the firm’s applicant tracking system (Taleo). Manage the creation of staffing forecast models. Communicate regularly with department heads regarding recruiting efforts to address both their short- and long-term needs. Conduct in-person and telephone interviews with higher level candidates. Keep department up to speed with industry laws and practices – both foreign and domestic. Manage the ongoing development of an interactive recruitment website, along with other recruiting materials, including job descriptions, brochures, advertisements, web page text, etc. Maintain strong relationships with career / personnel services firms and placement agencies, and colleges. Serve as a contact for prospective candidates interested in learning about the firm and available positions. Assist in employee office transfers and other internal hires. Negotiate offers. Work on day-to-day recruiting tasks as needed and miscellaneous projects and tasks that relate to the firm’s recruiting and general HR function. Ensure FSA recruiting standards are being met in UK.

Qualifications: Extensive (5+ years) recruiting experience in large consulting or professional services organization preferred. Strong knowledge of US Employment law and International law is helpful. Candidates should have a college degree and must have a demonstrated commitment to the Human Resources and Recruiting field. Project and people management experience preferred. Experience managing and developing recruitment and data management tools is helpful. Effective negotiation and written/verbal communication is needed. Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills are required. Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word is beneficial. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. See Job Description.
