Receptionist/ Intermediate Secretary

CDM has an immediate opening for a Receptionist in our Kansas, City, Missouri.
As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM's mission by:

· Preparing and processing various types of correspondence, forms, faxes, and reports of a routine to moderately complex nature

· Making copies, e.g. office budgets reports, proposals, etc.

· Preparing and typing office correspondence from routine to moderately complex and/or confidential source materials Proofreading typing for accuracy, for punctuation, grammar and spelling

· Answering, screening, and clearing incoming telephone calls directs calls to the proper area for response

· Acknowledging correspondence and responding to written inquiries

· Drafting and editing simple office correspondence

· Organizing and maintaining records, files, and correspondence

· Preparing and scheduling office activities such as travel arrangements, internal business meetings and appointments

· Compiling and computing data of a routine to moderately complex nature

· Receiving, opening and deterring routing of mail and office correspondence

 

A successful CDM candidate will have:

· Three to 6 years of related experience

· A high school diploma or its equivalent

· The ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
