Real Estate Project Manager
Real Estate Project Management Position: We are looking for a pro-active Project Manager experienced in space and furniture planning, relocating corporate departments from one location to another, and coordinating all aspects of such a move. You will draft and negotiate leases, do some financial analysis and develop and finalize purchase agreements for buildings and land. You will oversee TI construction, space refurbishments and selection and purchase of modular furniture systems. You must possess good people skills and be able to multi-task with grace and meet deadlines without fail. Professionalism and first-rate written/verbal skills are a must. Corporate facilities experience is preferred.
