A nationwide REO Outsourcing company has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager in its Wheat Ridge, CO office.

 

OPERATIONS MANAGER, REO

 

The Operations Manager is responsible for the management of the day to day operations of the Post Foreclosure, Eviction, Cash for Keys and Pre-marketing departments of AssetLink.  This position ensures client requirements are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.

 

5 + years experience and knowledge of REO Post Foreclosure, Eviction, & Cash for Keys timeline management preferred. 5 + years management experience. Experience with writing, implementing and managing policies & procedures that maximize operational efficiencies.

 

Successful candidates must be highly motivated, professional, outgoing, detail oriented; possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, has the ability to work independently, excellent follow-up skills, multi-task as well as prioritized tasks, and possesses proficient computer skills.
