4-6 OR MORE YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A REGIONAL SALES MANGER WITH A PRINT BACKGROUND, WILL QUALIFY FOR THIS OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY. IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND, CALL TO INTERVIEW THIS WEEK AND NEXT. DEGREE NECESSARY!
Living in NJ, NY or Pa., not a problem!
Engraving, printing and graphics background isessential!
Need to train reps to sell solution-based transactions.
Need to train reps to also sell consultative solutions
Need to train sales reps to offer value at higher levels within the firm.
Improve sales territory management
IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE:
Organize a plan of action with specific timelines
Manage daily expectations for the field sales team
Joint sales call scheduling
Reinforce best practices/standards by which the team will be measured
i.e. sales forecasting, pipeline mgmt
Sales training by demonstration, working one-to-one with reps
Communication and collaboration with marketing team
Improve sales performance history-territory-region
Improve sales performance towards achievement of target-territory/region
Increased graphics mix
Increased close rate
New account development
