JOB SUMMARY: Office Suites PLUS is currently seeking a Recruiter.This individual will have responsibility for all phases of the exempt and non-exempt level recruitment and selection process.  Our successful candidate will have previous experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating job offers and on-boarding new hires.

JOB DUTIES:Implements recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and onjectives; meets with hiring managers to discuss needs. Builds applicant sources by researching and utilizing all appropriate recruiting mediums to recruit an appropriate applicant pool for all posted positions; provides organization information, opportunities and benefits; maintains rapport with job candidates. Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications. Determines applicant qualifications by reviewing information presented in pre-screening systems; follows up on pre-screenng to verify responses as necessary; analyzes responses in comparison to job requirements. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals when necessary. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; ensures that interviewing applicants is done based on a consistent set of qualifications. Manages new employee relocations, when necessary. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending improvements to key hiring policies and procedures; monitors job offers and compensation practices to ensure competitiveness with external markets; emphasizes benefits and perks. Coordinates the on-boarding process with all new hires and serves as a back up to the Human Resources Manager for orientations. Updates job knowledge by participating in education opportunities and reading professional publications; maintains personal networks; participates in professional organizations. Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing other related results as needed. SKILL & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Candidates must possess at least three to five years of experience performing recruiting tasks.  Familiarity with web based applicant tracking systems is a strong plus.  A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

INTERRELATIONSHIPS: This position has contact with all levels of employees within the Company as well as extensive contact with sources external to the company (candidates, employment agencies, vendors, etc).  This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.
