RECEPTIONIST WITH DATA ENTRY SKILLS-WOBURN

We currently have a need for a Receptionist in our Woburn, Massachusetts location.  If you are self-motivated, goal oriented, a multi-tasker, strong communicator and good listener then you may be the right individual we are looking for to be a part of our team!

Hair Club for Men and Women, the world leader in hair restoration since 1976, is searching for the right individual to accept the challenge and become an essential part of this prestigious and professional organization.

Professional appearance, conduct, attitude and good attendance are required.

 

General Responsibilities:

*Accurate data entry skills

*Must be able to multi-task

*Answer phones and take accurate messages

*Check in and check out our members with computer accuracy

*Keep the reception area neat, clean and professional looking

 

Ideal candidates possess the following:

*Previous office experience

*Strong computer and phone skills required

*Ability to work independently

*Understanding of cash balancing

*Friendly and helpful to our members

 

We offer an attractive starting salary of $550.00/week with an opportunity for an increase after 90 days, competitive benefits package - Health, Dental, Life Insurance,Supplemental Life, Short and Long Term Disability, EAP plan, 401K.  Also paid sick and personal days, floating holidays, and paid vacation.
