POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Assist customers nationwide with special pricing requests
Source non-catalog products
Develop relationships with customers & vendors over the phone
Research & troubleshoot orders as needed
1 - 2 years Inside Sales / Quotes / Customer Service experience
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Professional phone manner & presence
Typing speed of 30+ wpm
Bachelor's degree preferred
