Quality Control Specialist

Position Overview
Growing North Austin marketing firm is seeking a Quality Control Specialist for an ongoing contract basis. Individual will be responsible for listening and giving feedback on calls from the clients call center, ensuring that the agents are doing their job effectively. Candidate for this role will also be making some outbound calls to organizations to verify the information that the agents have previously collected is accurate.
   
Requirements
This role does require an individual to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Individual will be utilizing the clients propritary database and must also possess basic Microsoft Excel skills.
