Quality Assurance Supervisor

The QA Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of employees whose primary responsibilities include processing services and reviewing final reports to ensure that the company's quality assurance standards and client guidelines are continuously met. 
 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
·  Monitor work queues to ensure time service goals are being met
·  Review employee production requirements and address accordingly
·  Collect and compile data using daily/monthly operational reports and spreadsheets
·  Assist management in development and implementation of policies and procedures
·  Update and develop QA Training Manual and develop new training documents as needed
·  Review and approve client specific guidelines to ensure compliance with department's procedures
·  Develop strategies to increase employee moral, work quality and production goals
·  Manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate department coverage
·  Assist with new hire recruiting; training and development of new and current staff
· Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures and take on new responsibilities or assignments as needed
 
 
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
 Some business travel is required approximately 0 to 5 %.

·  Minimum three (3) years experience in a supervisory role.
·  Education - Bachelor's Degree
·  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skill to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff.
·  Proven track record of coaching and mentoring employees to success
·  Understand and follow FCRA reporting guidelines.
·  Must be detail and process oriented, with the ability to organize, make decisions, prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively.
·  Must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess good interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor at all times.
·  Must have knowledge in MS office products, i.e. Word and Excel.
