A Quality Analyst 3 oversees the activities related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and interfaces extensively with the Business, Project Managers, Solutions Analysts, Change Management (CM) and other members of the project team to ensure testing is involved during the planning, execution and implementation of assigned projects. A Quality Analyst 3 schedules/participates in/conducts Testing Readiness reviews for a portfolio of projects assigned to one or more release and verifies that testing entrance criteria has been met.Quality Analysts participate and monitor all testing activities for a portfolio of projects, communicating the progress to the project team and IT/Business management.Quality Analysts participate and monitor all Change Management activities related to Implementation Planning for an assigned portfolio of projects, ensuring related test cases are established and thoroughly tested. A Quality Analyst 3 may work independently on several concurrent complex initiatives and may be called upon to represent the Testing organization on corporate and enterprise-wide initiatives related to best practices reviews and/or compliance-related activities. Quality Analysts guide and advise less-experienced Testers. Creates metrics related to UAT and sampling activities for Business management review. Provides information to assist in root cause analysis and recommendations for quality improvements. Represents the testing organization during project/program status meetings. Bachelor's degree required. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to perform in a team environment. Able to juggle multiple priorities and to excel in a fast paced environment. Good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills. Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to issues and day-to-day challenges.
