Purchasing Project Manager

We have an immediate need for a Purchasing Project Manager.Management Reporting:Weekly to daily reporting of achievement for purchasing related milestones. This task includes the gathering, analyzing and formulation of data Leading (Buyers):Indirectly lead a team of buyers in the fulfillment of purchasing related milestones. This task involves the ongoing presentation goals and objectives,provide coordination for prototype parts setup and procurement between purchasing and prototype team. Provide guidance to buyers responsible for service parts acquisitionBudgeting & Controlling (Tooling):Control the budget for vendor tooling through the issuance of Letter of Nominations to the suppliers. Prepare and request appropriations for such tooling, and continuously monitor the spending of such tooling throughout the duration of the project.Communication and Program Handoff (Cross Functional):Support of the cross functional communication of project purchasing related information and results between various organizations within the Group. Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum 4 years experience with a minimum of 2 years in the field of procurement or supply.Experience and demonstrated success in a multi-cultural project or cross functional team situation.Knowledge of diesel engines, components, processes, electronics and related technologies.Familiarity with global and local supporting external supply base.Program/Project Management experience Email your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
