Manpower has an exciting full-time Purchasing Assistant position available for a reputable HVAC company located in the Sacramento area. Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years administrative support experience with in an office environment, HVAC industry & purchasing experience would be a BIG PLUS. Seeking candidates who are proficient with MS Word, Excel and type at least 40wpm. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Candidates will be responsible for supporting the Manager of the Purchasing Department with tracking and logging all purchase orders, filing, assisting vendors with status updates, special purchasing reports and tracking.HVAC industry & purchasing experience would be a BIG PLUS.
