Purchasing Administrative Assistant
·Work closely with the VP on purchase orders for the companies products.·Work with vendors and suppliers on procurement contracts and confirmed terms and conditions of purchase as required.·Respond to all e-mails in (high priority) and timely manner in regards to VP purchase orders.·Provide Administrative support with VP on New buyers and vendors.·Manage and work with staff to generate and ship out product samples as needed.·Enter new and existing outsourcing purchase orders ·Enter warranty purchase orders on customized system. ·Go through necessary approval process on all outsourced purchase orders. ·Get RMA's from suppliers on returning material, via phone, fax, or e-mail and enter them on customized system. ·Provides back up for VP and staff in the department in resolving and researching purchase order discrepancies. ·Assist buyers with calling and e-mailing suppliers to expedite parts and to get updated ETA's on past due purchase orders, and then update on customized computer system. ·2 to 3 years purchasing experience.·Strong Communication on completion of work.·Excellent follow through skills on all purchase orders.·High Level of Administrative support experience with minimum supervision.Computer Skills (Required)·Proficient level in MS Office Outlook / Word / Advanced level Excel ·Type 40wpm Professional Skills Set ·Excellent Communication Skills, Written and verbal.·Requires a high degree of time-management and organization skills.·Critical-thinking skills / Exceptional Customer Service Skills.Email your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
