Project Manager I
MISSION:The Business Process Management Team implements projects to deliver systems and processes that coordinate people and information in an optimum manner to maximize profit. The scope of these projects shall cover both business and technology areas, and areas that are exclusive to the business. The scope does not cover projects that are exclusive to information technology.
JOB SUMMARY:Project Manager I is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple concurrent projects. The Project Manager manages the on time and on budget delivery of projects. The complexity, risk, size, and visibility of projects will increase, commensurate with experience and acquired job knowledge. Thisposition is responsible for and often completes the business analysis necessary to plan anddocument project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs. This position manages relationships with internal business customers at various management levels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Apply proven project management methodologies to coordinate all planning, development, testing, documentation, and implementation activities.Develop project management deliverables, including project work plans, project standards, control procedures, issue tracking, and status reports.Proactively identify and monitor issues and risks and develop mitigation plans.Manage and project resources, timelines, dependencies, budgets, etc. to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget and meets quality standards.Track progress of the development tasks and deliverables and regularly report status to project team and internal business customers.Serve as the primary liaison to internal business customers for assigned projects.Participate in the Quality Assurance process to ensure that software development fulfills requirements documentation and adheres to architectural design, integration standards, and security policies.Assist Project Managers II and III with deliverables and project management tasks, as needed.Provide direction and guidance to project teams, comprised of Kroll personnel andconsultants, to plan and execute their work and to identify and resolve issues.Promote teamwork, collaborative interactions, and alignment among the project teams, with the other IS teams, and with internal customers.Support and provide guidance to Business Analysts.Perform other duties as assigned or required. Occasional night and weekend work is required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: College degree. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.Three years experience as a Business Analyst.Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability toperform the essential functions of this position.
