The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating aspects of membership services including member-to-member discounts, the annual Membership Directory, new member applications and payments, database updates, and marketing materials. In addition the Coordinator will manage logistics of NY BritishAmerican Business Excom, Board of Directors and International Advisory Board meetings, as well as the work with the British American Business Council Secretariat.

Requirements:
Â
·        1 year experience in a professional, customer facing role; good for entry level candidates with business internships or for candidates interested in global business
·        Bachelor's Degree
·        Keen attention to detail
·        Strong interpersonal skills
·        Good planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business goals and to increase office efficiency
·        Keen understanding of and/or interest in international business
·        Good writing skills
·        Experience in working with senior executives helpful
·        Ability to handle multiple tasks (including close attention to detail) and see projects through to completion
·        Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
