Program Support Analyst
Vickers & Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is seeking a Program Support Analyst experienced in the DoD acquisition lifecycle and documentation process. This is a full-time position located in Stafford, VA.  All applicants must be U.S. Citizens.  An active DoD Secret security clearance is preferred for this position.  Salary is commensurate with experience and education.

VNE is an engineering consulting company that provides experienced and dedicated system architects, engineers, subject matter experts (in tactical intelligence), financial analysts, and program managers as consultants to US military projects and programs. VNE also develops training courses and tools to prepare warfighters to effectively employ tactical intelligence systems and provide management guidance to the Government organizations that develop these systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Support Analyst will possess the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to: Perform data gathering and technical writing on Acquisition Documentation, to include at least the following documents: Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Master Project Schedule Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) Program Management Plan (PMP) Program Management Review (PMR) briefings Other trade studies, technical analyses, and reports as required. Provide additional support to the Project Lead, performing budget analysis, scheduling, inventory support, and configuration control, as requested.

Education and Experience:
Â
Applicants will be expected to have a minimum of the following education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or other related field (+4 years experience), or Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or other related field (+6 years experience).
Â
Applicants will be expected to have a minimum of the following experience: Must have experience planning and coordinating project schedules, budgets and administrative tasks for either four (4) years (with a Bachelor's Degree) or six (6) years (with an Associate's Degree). Must also have at least two (2) years experience in support of DoD programs having the Integrated Defense AT&L Lifecycle Management framework, and experience with ensuring adherence to master plans and schedules; and developing solutions to program problems is required. Experience writing DoD Acquisition Documentation strongly desired.

Additional Desired Qualifications:Â Completed DAU (or other equivalent program) Level I certification in Program Management or Acquisition strongly desired.

Clearance: Currently holding or able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
