MarketSource, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Manager. The position requires a combination of retail sales, operations, and account management experience with part-time sales personnel. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading all day-to-day sales and operations functions for a field-based team within the cable industry.  This position requires a Thursday-Monday work week.

 

Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact and strategic consultant for client Manage a part-time work force. The part-time sales associates will sell in retail locations on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Manage to overall client satisfaction with service provided Ensure program resources are managed effectively Ensure field execution and effectiveness Develop sales objectives with Client Work with client to develop sales strategies Measure and report on outlet sales objectives. Create and recommend processes for overall program improvements Serve as the liaison to and top-line manager of all program personnel Build solid business relationships by using interpersonal skills and consultative approach Providing coaching to sales reps during in-store visits.

Job Requirements:


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities A combination of retail, sales, and operational skills is a must 2-5 Years Sales and Account Management experience Experience in managing part-time personnel in a retail environment a must Proactive, “can-do” attitude Demonstrated leadership, motivational and influencing skills Must be able to be out in the staffed stores each weekend Excellent written, oral and presentation skills Experienced user of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint BS/BA Degree required
