Arnette Ltd., a Chemical Manufacturer seeks a Production Supervisor for immediate opening.

General operational responsibilities as a working supervisor include:Overseeing and assisting with the manufacturing of resins, specialty intermediates, and coating systems, primarily epoxy and polyurethane.The right candidate will bring with their previous 5-10 years of supervisory/technical experience the ability to direct, coach, and motivate employees on a daily basis while working with the production staff. The candidate will work withManagement to implement daily functions in the plant while striving to increase safety, output, and production while working to reduce waste.

The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for:
Promoting employee engagement in all Company policy. Proactively working with all departments to ensure smooth daily functions Assisting to promote new ideas and developments a must for the Production Supervisor.
