Product Manager

Job Purpose:

Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.

Duties:

* Specifying market requirements for assigned software products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

*  Developing and implementing a company-wide organizational readiness plan, working with all internal departments to execute.

* Developing compelling and detailed market requirements, product requirements, and a product roadmap for future releases in close collaboration with development, operations and business leaders.

* Work with development scope product delivery and understand development alternatives and support buid/buy economics.

* Work with release management, development, marketing and field to efefctively launch new products.

*Manage the product roadmap including communication of launch dates to relevant groups in the company.

* Monitor progress of the product through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping senior management informed.

* Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.

* Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:

*  Minimum B.S in Engineering or Business, with MBA preferred

* 5 + years of experience in similar positions

* Experience of 1-2 years product management experience in a software business and at least two years in ERP or CRM applications preferred

* Biligual (English/Spanish) is a must

* Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Project Implementation, Project Managament, Marketing, and Product Development Lifecycle
