We are recruiting for multiple positions with a few select companies.

Positions responsibilities vary somewhat but in general responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining a commodity inventory strategy that supports assigned commodities for the company's supply chain. The positions will be responsible for products and commodities with a spend of $200-300MM.  Areas of specialty include resins, chemicals and related commodities and products. These positions will also evaluate market conditions in order to maintain inventory levels and take advantage of opportunities that will deliver cost savings.

 

Qualifications include:Established track record of accomplishments at the strategic and tactical level of designing and implementing strategic sourcing programsSustains competitive product pricing by negotiationg material costs: discovering new sourcesTrack record of profit improvement through development and implementation of cost reduction projectsProcures materials and supplies by establishing optimum investory levels: reording quantitiesAbility to communicate and lead your programs to a range of people from executive management through field staffPrepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trendsContract negotiation experience for large scale spendsCross-Functional Teaming experience by leading cross-functional sourcing teams with Regional.

C.P.M. is preferred as is an M.B.A.; undergraduate degree required
