Description
The Processing Associate role is focused on the acquisition and analysis of data, as it pertains to multiple products and campaigns. Through exposure to, and responsibility for, the correct entry of customer and credit card information into various systems, this position offers excellent growth and the opportunity to be a member of an experienced and growing team.
Responsibilities include:
• Acquire and upload incoming data into database.
• Assume responsibility for monitoring and analyzing multiple data sources.
• Proactively manage change and improvements in current systems.
• Acquire and maintain a current knowledge of credit card processing guidelines.
• Monitor and fight fraud using fraud tools and charge back management strategies.
• Assist in project planning and integration.  

Requirements
The successful candidate must have a strong desire and capacity to learn! Candidates must possess knowledge and/or experience in as many of the following areas as possible:
o Customer Service
o Data Entry
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Excel
o Data Analysis
o Credit Card Processing
o Fraud and Security Services
