Portfolio Management Accounting/Analysis

Client is an established, niche, investment and finance company based in downtown Chicago.Positions are open due to relocation and consolidation of a unit previously based out-of-state.  We're seeking candidates with accounting experience preferably in areas of portfolio investments, joint ventures, loans, leases, partnerships, managed and owned funds.  Functions to included reporting/accounting, ad hoc analysis for proposed transactions and investments, budgeting/forecasting, contact with external investment customers, working with auditors when needed, special projects.Seeking levels of Manager (8-12 years), Senior (4-8), experienced staff (2+).Accounting degree/CPA desired and/or relevant experience in the industry.  Strong analytical, documentation and Excel skills.  Large-scale enterprise application systems experience desirable.Excellent benefits, culture, location and amenities.  Please send your resume on a word document to tomutroske@mergisgroup.com Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
