You will wear many hats as you recruit and screen candidates, prepare candidates for interviews, fill permanent placement job orders, troubleshoot, problem solve, provide quality control, build client and candidate relationships, negotiate salaries and placement fees, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. The position involves sales and business consulting with clients. We provide a comprehensive training program for the right individual.
