Position:  Personnel Planning Administrator - Norristown

We have a current need for Personnel Planning Administrator at our Headquarters in Norristown, PA. This position is responsible for the reporting and tracking of personnel data for our Headquarters location in Norristown, PA.  

 

Responsibilities:

 Tracking all planned personnel transfers, hires, and terminationsTracking disciplinary actions, performance plans and developmental plansTracking annual pay changesActs as liaison  with internal departments, including such groups as Human Resources, IT Tracks and maintains records of corporate organization structure

 

Required Skills:Strong special project skillsExcellent organizational skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAdvanced software skills, Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
