Payroll Sales Associate

Position Description Our entry level sales position could lead you to successive positions with greater responsibilities and rewards as you learn our business and the Fidelity way of selling.Primary Responsibilities In this role you will be primarily responsible for prospecting and pursuing leads of prospective new HR/Payroll clients in a direct channel. You will work in a team-based atmosphere, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Account Executives in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing relationships with HR/Payroll prospects, leading them into our sales process, acting as the initial contact, and subsequently being involved in multiple contacts through phone calls, and other marketing efforts, up to the point at which the prospect is willing to move forward.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree Previous sales experience desired - 1 to 2 years Prior outbound calling experience is preferred Prospecting skills very helpful Skills and Knowledge: Understanding of HR/Payroll market preferred Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, along side and within a team environment Highly self motivated Desire to increase earnings through sales and prospecting Prior HR/Payroll experience highly desired Company overview:  Fidelity Investments is one of the world's largest providers of financial services, with custodied assets of more than $3.4 trillion, including managed assets of more than $1.6 trillion as of May 31, 2008.
