Payroll Coordinator

Shift your career! FDI Collateral Management is a best practices focused Vehicle Title Administration company, dedicated to effectively managing both paper and e-titles. We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our growing team. 

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the processing of payroll for approximately 400 employees, benefits administration and monthly billing reconciliation.

 

Primary Responsibilities:Compile time card and payroll data, such as salary changes, PTO, insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) and garnishmentsAdminister benefit enrollments/changes/terminationsProcess and distribute bi-weekly payroll using ADP PCPWPrepare monthly management reports as they relate to payroll and benefitsReconcile monthly invoices from benefit providersReconcile payroll deductions, such as medical premiums, 401(k) and flexible spending accountsProvide customer service support to internal customersProcess Time Card data for regular and temporary employees on a weekly basisConduct employment verificationsOther duties as assigned

 Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent2-3 years of experience processing payroll and benefit administrationExperience using ADP PCPW within the last 2 years is requiredExperience with E-Time, HR Profiler and Report Smith is highly desirableExperience with general benefit administrationSolid understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll tax and federal/state regulationsStrong mathematical skillsSkilled with Microsoft Office with emphasis on ExcelDiscretion in dealing with confidential information a mustExcellent time management skills, ability to prioritize job responsibilities and work independently while managing multiple projects and responsibilities, as well as strong communication skills required
