Payroll Administrator Summary
My client has an immediate need for Payroll Administrator. This person will be responsible for processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis for approximately 400 employees.
Payroll Administrator Duties & ResponsibilitiesReport to the HR Manager. Maintain responsibility for creating and maintaining payroll files.Report generation and analysis as it relates to payroll.Assist with year end payroll issues.Handle all garnishments, loans and deductions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with both ADP as well as Kronos time keeping systems.
Essential Payroll Administrator Skills & CharacteristicsTwo plus years in payroll requiredBachelor's or Associates preferredExperience with ADP requiredExperience with Kronos a must
