Partner Manager - Benelux
The Partner Manager will manage the Match.com strategic partnership providing ongoing support and optimizing productions. The position is responsible for maintaining and growing a significant volume of Match.com customer leads from its partnerships, especially in the Dutch markets. Responsibilities: Manage online distribution partnerships providing ongoing support and optimizing production. Examples of these efforts include distribution of related content, providing unique link options, and analysis of ROI and partner integration. Accountable for all performance metrics related to customer acquisition for all users sourced from marketing partner. Manage relationship with departmental managers at partner company, setting mutual goals, strategy, and program calendar. Responsible for co-brand identity and effectiveness of all associated creative. Distribute tasks and manage project timelines. Identify key strategic prospects and new revenue opportunities. Communicate relevant data, progress and departmental needs to senior staff. Ensure that partner efforts are consistent with the company’s overall strategic plan. Responsible for meeting budgeted goals for registration, subscription, and revenue. All other duties as assigned. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required. Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal). Minimum of 4-5 years relevant online account management or partnership experience required. Business development or Marketing background with experience in analyzing deal structure and return on investment. Strong Excel and analytical skills mandatory. Proven track record of delivering results and managing a broad range of accounts. The ability to interact with senior level management combined with strong communication and presentation skills a must. Strongly prefer experience in Internet, media or offline and or key account management / sales. Experience in negotiation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced Internet environment required.
