Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. • Enter sales orders on a daily basis via People Soft system• Enter Return Material Authorizations on a daily basis via People Soft system• Communicate and support Sales • Research possible shipping and or billing discrepancies for customers as needed• Coordinate and confirm all required international documents with distributors and freight forwarders.• Maintain Files for International DistributorsQualification/Requirements: • Proven ability to work as part of a team• Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences • Minor lifting (5lbs)• Walking to and from warehouse to exchange documents with warehouse members and or freight forwarders. (Distance approximately 200 yards one way)*********Absolutely must have international shipping / receiving experience!!***** Education/Training/Experience §        Three to Five years relative experience in a Customer Service capacity §        Importing/Exporting Experience a plus§        Industry Knowledge a plus§        High School diploma or equivalent About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
