Oracle HRMS Support Analyst

Oracle HR Module Analyst – Direct Hire Position

 

Our client, a medium sized company, is based in Miramar, FL and has asked our firm to provide an Oracle HR module expert with very strong functional and technical skills.  You will be responsible for the following duties:

 

· Working with the HR and Finance/Accounting teams, you will solicit new system requirements, and help to manage implementation expectations

· Manage the requirements workflow

· Act as the Oracle Apps - HR subject matter expert for the project(s)

· Become the primary liaison between IT and the business

· Provide expert level functional support of the Oracle HR environment – supporting implementation, customization, and enhancement projects

· Document all requirements and system information

· Take ownership of project success with the PM team

· Develop test cases and assist in the QA process as needed

· Help with installation, configuration, and administration issues

 

Specific skills needed include:

 At least 4+ years working as Business Analyst in the Oracle Applications space Functional and Technical experience with Oracle HRMS - 1+ yearsSolid understanding of corporate finance and accounting Must have exceptional communication skills Bachelor’s Degree

Our client will provide a small relocation package if you are located outside of the South Florida area.  Sponsorship is also available for the right candidate if needed.
