Operations Trainer
Description:**Attention Professionals with Adult Teaching/Training Experience.Are you ready for something a little different and exciting? West is currently seeking a professional, career-minded individual to train our staff. We will rely on the trainer to professionally conduct formal, informal, and on-the-job training for our employees within our diverse client projects. The hours for this position are rotating shifts Monday-Friday between 7am-midnight. This position is for our Omaha, NE headquarters location. Major Responsibilities: - Professionally conduct the training or retraining of assigned Operations (Call Center) employees. - Conduct conferences and provide feedback to individual trainees concerning progress. - Observe trainees to identify where they are experiencing difficulty, and take instructional steps to clarify information. - Recommend retraining or termination of trainees according to departmental policies and procedures - May assist with training new or temporary trainers. - Conduct mini courses, in-service presentations, and client/production employee training presentations, as assigned. - Track enrollment of training participants and distribute enrollment information to appropriate departments. - Thoroughly and accurately communicate policies and procedures relating to business procedures, philosophies, and conduct in training sessions.Qualifications:If you posses the following qualifications, we encourage you to submit your resume today: - High school diploma or GED-post secondary courses in Education, Communication, or other related field preferred. - One year coaching, quality assurance or supervisory experience required - One year sales training or teaching experience is preferred - Familiarity with principles, practices, and methods of effective training - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Knowledge of word processing softwareApply online today at http://www.west.com/careers To locate this position once re-directed to our careers website, click on Search Jobs, enter 924063 in the space provided for Requisition Number, and click on Search.EEO/AA
