Hence we are in need of someone interested in building a long-term career relationship.PURPOSEAssist the VP of Operations manage and execute the company’s daily operational and office administrative functions and processes maximizing efficiencies while ensuring corporate alignment between all departments. Operations also include the company's human resource functions and responsibilities.RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to the following)•  Coordinate projects, track deadlines, prepare and review correspondence and documents•  Schedule and prepare for meetings; follow up on related tasks•  Conduct research for and document assigned operational processes and procedures•  Assist with implementing, monitoring and maintaining operational systems and processes•  Conduct research and develop documentation for assigned operations projects•  Assist with developing and maintaining corporate alignment•  Perform routine office administration and operations, including:o  answer phones, take messages and transfer callso  telephone administration (coordinate availability, voicemail set-up, etc)o  billing administration (telephone, insurance, and other vendor services)o  routine file maintenanceo  draft and distribute general communications and correspondenceo  make travel/lodging accommodations (as required for Operations and CEO)o  handle client requests o  coordinate with building management (security and other related matters)o  any other routine tasks as requiredo  assist managing calendar and schedule•  Assist VP of Operations administer all HR functions and responsibilities, including:o  recruiting, interviewing  and hiring taskso  preparation for and on-boarding new hireso  compensation and benefits administrationo  maintain confidential personnel fileso  performance evaluation scheduleo  time-off schedule and calendaro  answering/resolving HR-related questions supporting employeeso  researching various HR issues (as required)•  Assist with any and all other department mattersOTHER•  Office hours are Mon – Fri, 7:30 – 4:30 PM (with some overtime required on occasion)•  This is a new position and responsibilities will evolve over time so you must be prepared to grow with our company. Future leadership and management opportunities, based on your demonstrated skills and abilities, are expected to develop over time.REQUIREMENTS•  Bachelors degree•  3-5 years of related experience•  Experience as a human resources generalist•  Excellent computer skills•  Superior organizational and multitasking skills•  Strong attention to detail•  Entire spectrum of soft skills, including:o  integrityo  passiono  teachableo  flexibleo  accountable/dependableo  excellent verbal/written communication skillso  entrepreneurial spirito  comfort with ambiguityo  desire to support otherso  strong work ethico  team playero  positive attitudeo  high degree of professionalismSALARYStarting salary is $18 – 22 dollars per hour.
