Office Support Clerk

Internationally recognized corporation is looking for an assistant to work in their Customer Care department. Responsibilities will include updating daily reports, reviewing client complaints, processing credits when necessary, updating database when complaints are resolved, and following up with account managers on complaint resolutions. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has strong communication and works well with internal staff. Candidates with a combination of call center and administrative experience would be a great fit for this opening. He/she should have a desire to help people and understand the importance of quick resolution to client complaints.
