Office Specialist - Grace Lutheran Church

This position provides executive administrative services and secretarial support to the Senior Pastor, Parish Administrator, members of the staff and church leaders.  Provides general office duties including documenting and reporting financial records and maintain filing systems and membership records.  This position also requires proficiency with operations involving the  telephone, office equipment and all other general office activities.  Must provide strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and web page management.  Excellent oral and written communication skills required.  Self motivated with sound decision making, problem solving and process thinking skills.  Highly skilled in matters of confidentiality, sensitivity, compassion, discretion, empowerment and team building skills.
