Office Equipment-Troubleshooting/Training/Dispatch

Position Profile: IKON Office Solutions is currently looking for a career-oriented individual to help provide Office Equipment Troubleshooting, training and dispatching within our customer locations in both Detroit and Southfield (time split between 2 locations). In this position you will be responsible for training end users on MFP (multi function devices-copier, printer, fax, scanner) equipment, managing the fleet of MFP's, act as point of contact (help desk) for equipment between 2 locations, place service calls and order supplies. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have basic Microsoft Office skills, 1-2 years of related work experience, and a High School Diploma or GED. Exceptional customer service skills are a must! Prior knowledge and use of MFP's (office equipment), and any type of training/teaching experience is preferred.
