Office Administrative Assistant

A leading manufacturer of commercial and industrial containers is seeking candidates for the position of Office Administrative Assistant at its Easton, PA plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this visible and interactive position is responsible for human resource files and documents, attendance records, plant payroll, vacation schedules, training records, benefit records, accounts payable and other general office duties.Some of the ideal qualifications for this position include:

- High school degree, or equivalent.

- Solid office and computer skills (Word & Excel).

- Effective communication & interpersonal skills.

- Organized with attention to detail.

- Self-motivated and dependable.

- Comfortable with multi-tasking.

- Solid work ethic and positive attitude.

- Experience with payroll and/or human resources, a plus.
