ORDER ENTRY

If you’re looking for part time / seasonal work, then look no further.  AdGraphics, printer of promotional items, currently has an order entry position available with evening hours, Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm – 9pm, Saturdays – AM hours.

 

ORDER ENTRY

 

Job Summary:  Entry of purchase orders into computer system.  Collates job tickets, assembles and facilitates order processing.

 

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

 Entry of critical information from customer purchase ordersPre-edit of all purchase orders.  Assembly of all job orders.Verification of stock (ware) availability.Release of orders and samples from credit hold by assigning production start/shipping dates.Communication with customers on all purchase order requirements and obtaining approvals as necessary.Collation of job orders.Knowledge of all catalog, promotion, and pricing informationThis list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary at the Company’s sole discretion.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 High school diploma (and/or equivalent).Two years of related experienceAbility to use all office equipment, including computers, printers, fax system, etc.
